Salisbury are pleased to announce the loan signing of defender Cameron Coxe from Boreham Wood.
Coxe, 25, brings plenty of experience to the Whites, having spent most of his career playing at a higher level with Cardiff, Solihull Moors, Colchester United, and Boreham Wood.
The Welsh defender also has 30 appearances at youth level for his country, including 16 caps at Under-21 level.
Coxe began his career with Cardiff City in their youth system before signing professional terms at the start of the 2017/18 season. He made his debut in a League Cup defeat against Burton Albion in August of that season.
He stayed with Cardiff for two more seasons, making three more appearances, all in cup competitions, before joining Solihull Moors for the 2020/21 season.
After making 26 appearances, he moved to League Two side Colchester United, initially on loan, before making the move permanent at the start of the 2021/22 season. Coxe made 26 appearances for Colchester before moving to Boreham Wood, again initially on loan.
The right-back made nine appearances for Wood in that first loan spell before he made the move permanent in December 2022.
So far this season, Coxe has made 13 appearances for Boreham Wood, with all but three coming on from the bench, including in Salisbury’s 2-1 win over them at the Ray Mac back in August.
The loan is set for three months.
