The club’s Match Day Safety team would like to remind supporters that Under 14s must be accompanied when attending matches at the Ray Mac.
As a result of several issues this season, supporters are reminded that under the club’s Code of Conduct:
Under 14 Children must be accompanied by a competent adult and must not be permitted to run around the seating or terraces.
The competent adult is responsible for all aspects of the behaviour of the U14 child or children who accompany them.
This reminder is not intended to deter Under-14s from coming to games as they are the potential future supporters and possibly even players for the club.
However, until we have a procedure in place agreed with individual parents of U14s that allows them to come to games unaccompanied, then this rule will be enforced by the Match Day Safety Team.
