Alex Rutter has left Salisbury FC and joined Plymouth Parkway for an undisclosed fee.
Rutter, who has been an unused substitute several times this season, spent a period on loan with Wimborne Town earlier in the season and has now moved on to find more first-team chances.
It’s the first time Plymouth Parkway have paid a fee for a keeper, and Rutter will join former Salisbury City striker Chris McPhee, manager at Parkway.
On his departure, Salisbury manager Brian Dutton wished Alex all the best for the future, saying, “We wish Alex well. We were reluctant to let him go, but the offer was too good to turn down.”
All at Salisbury FC wish Alex the best in the future and hope to see him doing well at Plymouth Parkway.
